Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Network Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and business expansion in the industrial sector. This role will involve developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building relationships with key customers, and leading sales initiatives to drive business growth and brand awareness.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Leading sales initiatives, including product launches and promotional campaigns, to drive business growth and brand awareness.
4. Providing leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on pumps, agitators, or mineral processing equipment
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the industrial sector
* Strong technical understanding of pumps, agitators, or mineral processing equipment, with excellent communication skills
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with leadership experience.
