Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree or 3 year National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the supply chain, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of project management, leadership, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Attributes: Excellent problem-solving capability, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
