Key Responsibilities- Accounts Payable Management
- Review and process invoices for payment
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices

- Financial Reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Team Management
- Supervise and manage a team of accounts payable staff
- Provide guidance and training to ensure high levels of performance
- Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an accounting position
- 2 years' experience in supervising and managing staff
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
