Job Overview

We are recruiting a Service Desk Professional - IT Operations to support our clients in Sandton. This role comes with an estimated annual salary of R260,000.

Main Duties
  1. Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  2. Ensure that all service requests are logged and tracked accurately within the ITSM tool.
Essential Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using ITSM tools and software applications.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an IT service desk environment.
  • Grade 12 certification.
  • A+ and N+ certifications.
  • ITIL4 Foundation certification.
