We are recruiting a Service Desk Professional - IT Operations to support our clients in Sandton. This role comes with an estimated annual salary of R260,000.
Main Duties- Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure that all service requests are logged and tracked accurately within the ITSM tool.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using ITSM tools and software applications.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an IT service desk environment.
- Grade 12 certification.
- A+ and N+ certifications.
- ITIL4 Foundation certification.
