Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients, managing the network and IT infrastructure, and implementing ISO 27002 controls and managing the ISO 27001 ISMS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Manage the network and IT infrastructure, including VM Server Management, DELL Storage SAN & VRTX, and LAN Management.
  • Implement ISO 27002 controls and manage the ISO 27001 ISMS, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and mentor IT consultants in the Internal IT team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Report on service metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with VM Server Management, DELL Storage SAN & VRTX, and LAN Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects and implementing ISO 27002 controls.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
