Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide application system support for bespoke LIMS applications, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency for 600 global users.
  2. Maintain knowledge base articles to ensure easy access to critical information.
  3. Investigate and document defects to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  4. Support incident and problem management processes to minimize downtime.
  5. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues effectively.
  6. Configure lab instrument integrations with LIMS to enhance data accuracy and reliability.
  7. Create scheduled tasks for report distribution to facilitate informed decision-making.
  8. Run user audit reports to maintain data integrity and security.

Requirements:

  1. A degree in Chemistry, Science, or Information Technology with a high grade.
  2. A strong interest in both scientific and technological aspects of the role.
  3. Analytical problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues efficiently.
  4. Effective communication abilities to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
