4Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled Childcare Specialist to join their team in a Residential Children's home or supporting children within the Community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people, particularly those with learning disabilities and/or challenging behavior.

• Act as a key worker for children and young people, providing direct support and care.
• Assist in assessing, implementing, and reviewing individual care plans to ensure each child receives the necessary resources and support.
• Liaise with other professionals to identify and meet the needs of children and young people.
• Maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that promotes physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being.

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with children and young people in a residential care setting.
• Knowledge of working with children who have learning disabilities and/or challenging behavior.
• Enhanced Child DBS registered to the update service.
