  • Report on application development, database, and application support performance.
  • Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines to automate and enhance the development process and product quality.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to junior resources and help develop their technical skills.
  • Ensure compliance with ICT processes and standards.
  • Provide updates on projects and operations tasks status and technical decisions to stakeholders.
