Property Portfolio Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Portfolio Assistant to join our team at Residentia Trust (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Property Portfolio Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration: Manage office stationery, consumables, and inventory. Arrange printing, posting, or courier of documents. Assist with stakeholder queries.
  • Secretarial: Attend to agendas, proxies, voting slips, nominations, and drafting of meeting minutes. Prepare and dispatch notices to members of the Body Corporate/HOA. Compile, type, and distribute circulars and/or newsletters.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client requests and queries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Matric qualification
  • Previous experience in administration or secretarial roles
  • Reliable transportation
