About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Specialist to join our team at Totalstay. As an Assistant Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximising revenue across our aparthotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and demand factors to inform pricing decisions.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy to identify opportunities for revenue optimisation.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure pricing consistency and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy of pricing and inventory on all OTA channels.
  • Generate reports and provide analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supply monthly reports to various stakeholders as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements in revenue management.
  • Engage with Tour Operators and Corporates to build relationships and encourage bookings.
  • Oversee the reservations staff when making bookings for groups, corporates, and Tour Operators.
  • Review content on all OTA's and ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Investigate new OTA's and advise on the feasibility of onboarding with them.
  • Engage with Operations on the onboarding of new properties, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information received.
