Business Development Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Telesales Agent to join our team at Mr Price Money. As a key player in driving sales and connecting customers with our latest telco products, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers to present information and explain available products
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from a script that describes products, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product
- Ensure FAIS, FICA, and POPIA standards are adhered to when dealing with customer calls and correspondence
- Update customer details and communication on the customer debtor system (CDS) to ensure quality of calls in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Accurately update customers' personal, employment, and contact details to ensure the right party and regular contact when collecting on overdue accounts

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a mobile call centre
- A strong understanding of sales techniques and the telecommunications industry
- Ability to influence and convince customers with ease
- Thriving in a goal-oriented environment and loving to exceed expectations
- Handling rejection gracefully and bouncing back quickly
Salary Range: R150,000 - R200,000 per annum, depending on experience
