Sales Team Lead Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to join our sales team and drive business growth in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware merchants and credit champions
  3. Use data and reports to track sales performance and implement improvements
  4. Identify and onboard new hardware merchant partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales environment
  • Experience in hardware, lending, or FMCG sales preferred
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
