  • Monitoring progress: Record and manage responses from suppliers/contractors, handle calls professionally, and log comments on work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work Order Management: Ensure timely completion of work orders, coordinate with suppliers/contractors, and update management on progress.
  2. Communication & Follow-ups: Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages with suppliers/contractors, document responses, and keep management informed.
  3. Quotations & Approvals: Track quotations, ensure timely approval of pending quotations, and confirm receipt of purchase orders.
