We are a leading hospitality company, Wild Dreams Hospitality, seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as Trails Guides and Guest Service Supervisors.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • R12,000 per month (Guide) and R9,000 per month (Lodge Manager)
  • 20 bed nights annually for friends and family
  • Leave cycle: 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off
  • Medical aid contributions included meal allowance and uniform
Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for conservation, excellent communication skills, and a flexible attitude. They must be well-presented, confident, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Trails Guide Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of guiding experience in 5-star establishments
  • FGASA Level 2 as a minimum (NQF4)
  • FGASA Lead (Advanced) Trails is ESSENTIAL
  • Possession of a valid drivers license & PDP is essential
  • Must have all guiding documentation up to date
  • Must have experience walking in a Big 5 Reserve
Guest Service Supervisor Requirements
  • 2 years experience within a 5* Establishment
  • Hospitality-related qualifications are beneficial
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills
  • Hosting experience
  • Wine knowledge beneficial
