We are seeking an experienced Adventure Tourism Specialist to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. As an Adventure Tourism Specialist, you will be responsible for leading groups on guided hikes, ensuring their safety and well-being, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading groups on guided hikes and ensuring their safety and well-being;
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction;
• Ensuring that all necessary documentation and permits are up to date;
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of guiding experience in 5-star establishments;
• FGASA Level 2 as a minimum (NQF4) and FGASA Lead (Advanced) Trails certification;
• Valid driver's license and PDP;
• Experience walking in a Big 5 Reserve;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Able to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is estimated to be around R120,000 per annum, plus benefits including gratuities, 20 bed nights annually for friends and family, leave cycle 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off, medical aid contributions, meal allowance, and uniform.
