We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at West Coast Personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and be proficient in Microsoft Projects. They should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

About the Role:

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. They will also be required to provide guidance and support to junior team members, as well as collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including training and mentorship
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or project management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Projects and other relevant software tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
