Sandi Crowther Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Purchasing Coordinator Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of administrative experience and a creative flair. As a Purchasing Coordinator Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with buying admin tasks, including raising orders, amending purchase orders, maintaining buyer assortment plans, and compiling buyer brief sheets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raising orders and amending purchase orders as required
  • Maintaining buyer assortment plans and compiling buyer brief sheets
  • Supporting the team in all activities designed to ensure achievement of department budgets
  • Compiling pre-packs and communicating additional order information to suppliers
  • Rail maintenance and product tracking
  • Assisting Buyers with preparing for key strategic meetings
  • Meeting required deadlines as per critical path

You will also be responsible for maintaining good relationships while liaising with suppliers on behalf of the Buyer, keeping abreast of competition, and ensuring exceptional communication skills throughout.

Benefits and Salary
