Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders by selecting the correct price list, delivery address, and order type.
  • Enter ordered items, check pricing and discounts, and modify as needed.
  • Approve orders, print email sales order acknowledgments, and generate picking slips.
  • Manage orders for COD and on-hold customers, and communicate with customer service for clarification.
  • Perform quarterly stock cycle counts and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • A post-matric qualification in Bookkeeping or Finance is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in software and cloud accounting tools is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are required.

  • Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail are necessary.
