Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Industrial Engineer to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Industrialization Department, you will be responsible for driving industrialization activities and ensuring smooth deployment of changes on our production line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Manufacturing team to meet EHS, QCD requirements by providing process validation and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate engineering activities with the Engineering department to ensure seamless integration.
  • Ensure that all changes follow the CCB process and are properly documented.
  • Investigate quality concerns and eliminate reworks on the production line.
  • Manage Bill of Material, drive industrialization activities using IMFU, and ensure industrial document and manufacturing equipment readiness.
  • Monitor ERP master data, including routing and method times, and manage configuration material.
  • Participate in CCB to validate engineering changes and define application dates or ranks.
  • Manage retrofit activities after engineering changes, including industrialization and manufacturing.

Requirements

  • B-tech/Degree or ND in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in the rail industry or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Structured and organized with a hands-on approach.
  • English language proficiency in reading and writing.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office packages.
  • Attention to detail and strong mechanical technical understanding.
