Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our critical projects at Alstom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery planning, and managing project risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
  • Lead and coordinate project activities, including resource management, team leading, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with Alstom's project management processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of Alstom's project management processes and procedures.
