Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at QIMA. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting on-site quality inspections at our clients' suppliers' factories and warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual inspections, functional testing, packaging checks, and other quality control measures as detailed in our procedures.
- Record findings against our clients' product quality checklists and reference samples.
- Writeup inspection reports based on your findings, adhering to our reporting format and meeting tight deadlines.
- Receive comprehensive training in our best practices and industry requirements for Softline/Hardline inspections.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience in quality management, particularly in Hardline products.
- Knowledge of AQL standards and relevant safety and quality regulations.
- Practical experience with Hardline industry.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Great attention to detail and strong professional ethics.
- Openness to traveling and flexibility with working hours/days.
Additional Skills:
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Able to read, understand, and write properly, as well as count and learn shipping document structures.
- Patient and detail-oriented, with the ability to travel and adapt to flexible working hours/days.
- Responsible, honest, loyal, and possess a positive attitude.
