About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Sentinel Staffing Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Technical, Operations, and Finance, to achieve sales targets and drive business success.
Requirements and Skills
  • Experience: Proven sales experience in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to customers and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office packages and AutoCAD (an advantage).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
