About the Role

The Capital Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in processing sales orders and payments, arranging deliveries, and providing after-sales support. This position requires a high level of organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales and operations processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capital Equipment quoting
  • Assist in compiling Tender documentation
  • Loading of new orders received on Business Central
  • Open machine files
  • Closing off machine files once all steps have been completed
  • Rate of exchange calculations
  • Printing of product manuals
  • Invoicing
  • Filing
  • Updating of various spreadsheets for month end reports
  • Archiving
  • General admin
  • Adhoc duties
Candidate Requirements
  • Matric
  • Diploma or Certificate in office management or finance would be beneficial
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role
  • High level of computer literacy (Excel/Microsoft projects/Microsoft office)
  • Strong project management, organizational and communication skills are required
