Sales and Technical Support Manager Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Emporium Human Capital and take on the role of Sales and Technical Support Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales through added value technical support, solutions, and service. They will also manage a team of sales people and technical support specialists to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers
  • Manage a team of sales people and technical support specialists
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or technical support role
  • Experience in the electronic B2B space
  • Affinity for technical products and solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in security distributors or electrical wholesalers or ICT distributors
  • Affinity for the electronic, fire protection, security technology, or ICT industry
