**Job Description:**

Supporting the CEO in Krugersdorp

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO in Krugersdorp. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tender documentation, coordination, and procurement.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO, MD, or COO, with expertise in engineering, production, construction, mining, manufacturing, or technical working environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including diary management, coordinating meetings, conferences, and functions
  • Manage tender administration, submission, and coordination, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Procure, price, and buy goods and services on behalf of the company, adhering to best practices and compliance requirements
  • Log onto tender portals, download documents, and filter information into summarized Excel documents for directors to review and price
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, both locally and internationally
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, recording and responding promptly

Requirements:

  • Matric and relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • Excellent skills in Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint
  • Min 3-5 years Assistant experience to CEO/MD/COO or FD experience from the Engineering, Production, Construction, Mining, Manufacturing, or Technical working environments
  • 3 years Procurement/pricing/buying experience (Administration & Coordinating wise)
  • Technically minded with attention to detail and focus
