At Persona Staff, we are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
- Greeting visitors and handling their inquiries
- Answering and transferring calls efficiently
- Updating calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking appointments
- Managing client details and storing confidential information
- Preparing and sending emails, as well as responding to queries
- Redirecting client inquiries to relevant personnel
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering as needed
- Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized
- Coordinating meeting rooms and managing documentation
- Drafting ad-hoc documentation when required
- Handling deliveries and making coffee/tea upon request
