Learning Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Level-Up. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop training content using adult learning principles and best practice methodologies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate and relevant content.
- Manage training calendars and registration systems to ensure smooth event execution.
Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct an initial assessment on the change impact and manage the step-by-step activities required to transition end users.
- Work directly with users to address concerns, foster adoption, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Knowledge of SETA processes and regulations.
- Change Management Frameworks and Methodologies.
