Work Integrated Learning Administrator

The Work Integrated Learning Administrator will be responsible for facilitating all administrative tasks and duties for the Work Integrated Learning Department within the School of Education.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administration duties in the Work Integrated Learning department.
  • Collate and file minutes of meetings and follow up.
  • Organise and assist in hosting regional events and related resources.
  • Facilitate training sessions on administration procedures.

You will also be responsible for providing ongoing administration support to various stakeholders, including academics, students, school partners, and other external stakeholders. This will involve building rapport and developing relations with these groups, as well as providing pastoral care and support to students.

This role requires excellent communication skills, email etiquette, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You must also possess high-level organisational skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent interpersonal skills.

A degree or diploma in Administration or Education is required, as well as at least 2-3 years of experience in Administration. IT experience, partnerships and collaboration with external stakeholders, remote working experience, and minute taking are advantageous.
