Talent 24 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for elevating our brand's visual identity and engaging our affluent audience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
  • Create high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with our brand's voice and values.
  • Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
  • Edit and produce engaging video content showcasing our properties and company updates.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our digital agency to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design and social media management.
  • A portfolio showcasing luxury or high-end brands (property experience is a plus).
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and social media tools.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding and marketing principles.
