Job Title: Hotel Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Store Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock control, purchasing, and inventory management, as well as ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Control and Purchasing: Manage the stock levels of all food and beverage items, equipment, and other supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory to ensure accurate tracking and minimal waste.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard.
  • Staff Management: Train and develop staff to enhance operational efficiency and foster a productive work environment.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on stock levels, inventory turnover, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate: A matric certificate is required for this position.
  • Hospitality Degree/Diploma: A hospitality degree or diploma is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management position, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of food and beverage items, stock management systems, and inventory control.
