Job Description

The successful candidate will take the lead in the daily operations management of the food and beverage function. This includes facility management, maintaining superior guest service levels and satisfaction, health and safety management, stock management, resource planning, staff management, financial profitability, and cost control. The role also involves ensuring adherence to company processes, reporting, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
