  • Gather required documents to assess clients' financial situations.
  • Set up consultations with qualifying customers to discuss debt repayment plans.

  • Explain debt repayment plans and the collection process.

Requirements:

  • University or college diploma/certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with high-income clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.

  • Active listening skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Intuition and analytical skills to drive successful outcomes.
