  • Our vision is to guide clients from financial distress to financial wealth by providing consultative sales advice and performing needs analyses telephonically and face-to-face.

Job Description

  • We seek a reliable, energetic, and passionate individual to join our fast-growing VIP sales team in the Cape Town CBD.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers who have expressed interest in our debt counselling services.
  • They will make outbound customer calls to promote our products and update the customer database.
  • Gathering required documents from customers to assess their state of over indebtedness and determine their eligibility for debt counselling is also essential.
  • The selected candidate will set up and conduct consultations with qualifying customers over the telephone, verify budgets and debt commitments, and agree on an interim debt repayment plan.
  • They will explain the fees associated with debt counselling and the debt repayment process to customers.

Requirements

  • A university or college diploma/certificate is mandatory.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, particularly when interacting with high-income clients.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs, is also required.
  • Previous experience in debt review or sales (even retail) is advantageous.
  • Outbound sales experience is also beneficial.
  • Active listening skills, objection handling, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
