Employee Payroll Management Professional

Job Description
">- We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to manage our payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
">- Process payroll for new employees and terminations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage leave and deductions, including making necessary adjustments.
- Conduct pay period reconciliations, import hours, and perform mid-year and year-end tax reconciliations.
- Provide essential management information and report monthly end-of-period results.
Requirements
">- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- VIP payroll certification obtained through VIP.
- Strong report writing and ODBC skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll, salary, wages, or finance.
- Proficiency in Excel and Time and Attendance systems.
- Familiarity with Labour Relations and Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
- Basic computer literacy.
