Job Description:

The Associate Account Director role at ENGINEERINGUK is a senior position that requires exceptional leadership and client management skills. As a trusted partner to clients, you will lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results and drive business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to foster and sustain strong relationships within our organisation and with clients. You will deliver approximately 20% of team revenue and 40% Gross Margin.

You will have experience with direct involvement in the analysis and interpretation of consumer research, client engagement, and people management. You will be responsible for developing client account/s greater than ZAR 5 million and contributing to sector/industry general trends conversations with clients.

Key outcomes include financial management and business acumen, client development and management, proposals, analysis, and presentations, communication, leadership, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.

Required skills and qualifications include experience and proven excellence in managing a team, senior level client experience, line management responsibility, exceptional English communication, knowledge of research processes and methodologies, ability to consult on research methodologies and products widely, world-class analysis and storytelling ability, and effective people management and performance management ability.
