Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden: ?
  • Kasstroomplanning en rapportage en beheer.
  • Controleren en goedkeuren van alle kasontvangsten en alle journaalboekingen, afschrijvingen enz.
  • Klantterugbetalingen (zowel kasboek- als debiteurenrekeningaanpassingen).
  • Debiteuren helpen met vragen en incasso's, interactie met klanten om geschillen op te lossen.
  • Crediteurenreconciliaties (leverancier en andere uitgaven) controleren en goedkeuren van alle betalingen.
  • Debiteuren juridische dossiers/slechte schulden/juridische overdrachten.
  • Zorgen voor voorraadbeheer in overeenstemming met de prognose en processen van het bedrijf.
  • Kredietaanvragen, kredietcontroles bij ITC en goedkeuringen, blacklistings van wanbetalers.
  • Maandelijkse journaalboekingen goedkeuren.
  • Ad hoc en maandelijkse financiële managementrapportages op verzoek van de CEO en/of COO.
  • Zorgen dat alle afdelingshoofden financieel zijn afgestemd op de strategische planning van het bedrijf.

  • Stimuleren van de financiële planning van het bedrijf door de prestaties en risico's te analyseren.
  • Constant bewustzijn behouden van de financiële positie van het bedrijf en handelen om problemen te voorkomen.
  • Doelstellingen stellen voor en toezicht houden op al het accounting- en financiële personeel (managementaccountants, crediteuren, debiteuren enz.).
  • Tijdige en gedetailleerde rapporten over de financiële prestaties op kwartaal- en jaarbasis voorbereiden.
  • Analyse uitvoeren om prognoses te maken en rapporteren aan hogere leidinggevenden.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van financiële wetgeving.
  • Contact onderhouden met externe auditors en de provisionering en samenstelling van auditbestanden;
  • Nauwkeurige en tijdige rapportagefunctie;
  • Interne controlefuncties, management, rapportage en liaison;
  • Kasstromen, werkkapitaalbeheer inclusief bank, voorraad, debiteuren, crediteuren; Budgetten en prognoses;
  • Alle taken, functies, management en verantwoordelijkheden met betrekking tot de financiële zaken en boekhouding van het bedrijf.
  • Alle belastingfuncties en administratie inclusief btw en normale belasting; en gedetailleerde onkostenrekeningen, kostenanalyse en controle.
