RecruiTech is seeking a Business Growth Professional to join our team. This role involves driving business growth through developing strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure monthly and annual targets are met
- Responsible for training clients on products and services
- Negotiate and secure rate increases in line with business strategies
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Driver's license with reliable transport
- Tertiary qualification in sales or marketing is beneficial
- Experience in logistics industry is advantageous
- Advanced skills in MS Office and knowledge of business principles
- 3-5 years experience in sales/customer-facing environment with proven track record
