Culinary Expert Wanted for Large Family Style Restaurant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef to join our team in Constantia (Cape Town). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, alongside a large team, and contribute to the success of our restaurant.
About the RoleAs a Chef at On Line Personnel, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen, preparing meals, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. You will also be expected to work closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as continental breakfasts and special occasion menus.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior chefs to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
