Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Reception Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information about hotel services and local area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages securely
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and orderly reception area at all times
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Offer general administrative support as needed
- Ensure the reception area is well-stocked and organized
- Monitor CCTV activity
- Liaise with other departments as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailed-oriented and organized
- Able to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
