Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all data aspects related to the end-to-end Intelligent Driven Marketing process.

  • Automate campaign data where possible to reduce errors and ensure efficient processes.
  • Optimize the use of data sources and identify opportunities in the data available.
  • Provide accurate post-campaign reporting and actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Make use of dashboards to identify potential insights and share with business stakeholders.
  • Provide business stakeholders with insights that inform and guide business decisions and campaign strategies.
  • Ensure that EMI data processes are optimized and corporate sustainability reputation and stakeholder engagement management are maintained.
  • Onboard and enable new business areas and provide project support.
  • Apply and uphold data, campaign process, and communication governance.
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in information management with a deep understanding of data and its intersection with business objectives.
  • Advanced SQL coding skills.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL Development and AbInitio is an advantage.
  • Candidate should be flexible to use any application.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees.
  • Degree in Information Technology or Business Management, Mathematical/Statistics is preferred.
Technical / Professional Knowledge
  • Administrative procedures and systems.
  • Business principles and terms and definitions.
  • Data analysis and governance, risk, and controls.
  • Microsoft Office and relevant software and systems knowledge.
  • Business writing skills and cluster-specific operational knowledge.
