Sales Leadership Professional

Sales Leadership Professionals at Stryker drive sales growth and model effective sales behaviors for junior counterparts.
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will employ the process of selling, contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, persuading them to purchase Stryker products, closing the sale, and providing after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
Stryker Citizen: Demonstrates outstanding ethics, treating customers and employees with respect, and representing the company in the best possible light.
Knowledge: Discusses current concepts, offers informed opinions on recent developments, and actively looks for clinical improvements.
Customer Service: Acts with integrity, delivers on commitments, and exceeds customer expectations.
Business Planning: Constructs a business plan with SWOT analysis, SMART objectives, and back-up plans.
Sales Skills: Uses consultative sales techniques, develops business opportunities, and closes deals.
Commercial Awareness: Qualifies opportunities fully, maximizes resources, and adds value to propositions.
Developing Others: Mentors junior sales reps, understands developmental needs, and addresses them.
Discretion/Latitude/Impact: Works under limited supervision, takes on informal leadership roles, and determines approaches to solutions.
Requirements
Required:
3+ years Sales experience in Joint Replacement
Diploma in related field
Proven track record of achieving sales goals
Valid driver's license
Fluency in written and spoken English required
Preferred:
Higher education
Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations
