As a Senior Sales Representative, you will employ the process of selling, contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, persuading them to purchase Stryker products, closing the sale, and providing after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stryker Citizen: Demonstrates outstanding ethics, treating customers and employees with respect, and representing the company in the best possible light.

  • Knowledge: Discusses current concepts, offers informed opinions on recent developments, and actively looks for clinical improvements.

  • Customer Service: Acts with integrity, delivers on commitments, and exceeds customer expectations.

  • Business Planning: Constructs a business plan with SWOT analysis, SMART objectives, and back-up plans.

  • Sales Skills: Uses consultative sales techniques, develops business opportunities, and closes deals.

  • Commercial Awareness: Qualifies opportunities fully, maximizes resources, and adds value to propositions.

  • Developing Others: Mentors junior sales reps, understands developmental needs, and addresses them.

  • Discretion/Latitude/Impact: Works under limited supervision, takes on informal leadership roles, and determines approaches to solutions.

Requirements

Required:

  • 3+ years Sales experience in Joint Replacement

  • Diploma in related field

  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals

  • Valid driver's license

  • Fluency in written and spoken English required

Preferred:

  • Higher education

  • Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations
