We are seeking a highly skilled Tower and Approach Controller to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing procedural and radar air traffic control services to prevent collisions between aircraft and maintain an orderly flow of air traffic.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain proficiency and validation for the Aerodrome and Approach Procedural and Radar Rating
  • Ensure compliance with published duty rosters and be available for call out duties when required
  • Comply with the Quality Management System (ISO) and the Safety Management System (SMS)
  • Provide an alerting service to aircraft in distress and assist agencies involved in Search and Rescue as appropriate

Requirements

  • A valid Aerodrome and Approach Procedural and Radar Rating
  • At least Two years' experience as an Aerodrome and Approach Controller
