Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants to find the best possible routes for clients, ensuring efficient and informed decision-making processes.
  • Quoting, holding, issuing flights, as well as amending and cancelling flights to meet client needs.
  • Manage ticketing deadlines to avoid penalties and ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Monitor schedule changes and communicate updates to Sales Consultants to maintain accurate information.
  • Foster strong relationships between HumanValue and its ticketing partners to optimize service offerings.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the service quality and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare daily Booking & Lead Reports and consolidated tabs to track performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice distribution to accounts.
  • Provide prompt responses to Consultants' inquiries and be available for emergency support.
  • Arrange training sessions with airlines to upskill Consultants in various offerings.
  • Support trained individuals in checking availability and holding flights, maintaining standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee overrides and commission payments from ticketing partners, if applicable.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in flight operations or a related field.
  • Maturity/Grade 12 certification.
  • Prior experience with Amadeus ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in Google Suites.
