Key Responsibilities
• Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis using SAP and Excel
• Liaise with vendors, stores, and management
• Prepare reconciliation for payments using SAP
• Minimize losses/risk to the company
• Alert the business to any irregularities
• Complete daily filing of accounts and other administrative related issues
• Complete monthly reports
Requirements
• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• Relevant tertiary qualification such as B.Com, Btech, Diploma or certificate in advanced Bookkeeping (essential)
• Strong PC literacy (Microsoft Excel, Outlook)
• 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar environment
