Job Description
This role involves general accounting and basic bookkeeping for companies under the Fastway Franchise Support Office. Key responsibilities include processing and reconciling cashbooks, generating customer schedules and invoices, and supporting the Financial Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping to trial balance.
- Cashbook Reconciliation: Process and reconcile cashbooks to ensure accuracy.
- Customer Invoicing: Generate customer schedules and invoices, maintain aging and credit control.
- Supplier Invoicing: Process supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payments, and maintain aging.
- General Ledger: Ensure accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
- Reports: Assist with compiling and maintaining various daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- VAT: Prepare and submit VAT returns.
