Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Management Lead to oversee daily meat production operations. As the Production Management Lead, you will be responsible for supervising workflows, optimizing production processes, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Maintain Food Safety Regulations: Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).\
  • Monitor Raw Materials: Monitor raw materials and production processes to guarantee high-quality outputs.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead Team: Lead, train, and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence.\
  • Allocate Tasks: Allocate tasks effectively and provide feedback to drive performance.\

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.\
  • Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in meat processing or a related food production field.
