The Product Owner is a key member of the Agile Team at PPS Recruitment, responsible for defining and prioritizing the Team Backlog to drive the execution of program priorities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product's vision, goals, and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Design Authorities, Architecture, Security, IT Operations, Academy, and Service Delivery teams.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Customers, Business Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Drive the lifecycle of the product, from the minimally viable product (MVP) to decommissioning, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
