**Job Title:** Digital and Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital and Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Finding Personnel (Pty) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-led brand building and lead generation plans based on the marketing strategy.
  • Align digital and social media planning with the overall marketing strategy and budget.
  • Create effective content plans, including design and copy.
  • Measure campaign success and provide feedback and insights to develop improvements for future projects.
  • Understand and provide insight into digital and social media behavior of the target audience.
  • Perform competitor analysis to inform the brand building and sales plan.
  • Manage and brief agencies and service providers on creative requirements.
  • Manage social media pages and sales campaigns on a day-to-day basis.
  • Identify innovative ideas and turn them into brand and sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously develop expertise in professional, industry, and legislative knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.

  • Strong influencing and persuading skills.
  • Technology savvy with a strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape.
  • Proven experience in implementing paid digital and social media campaigns.
  • Project management skills and the ability to work in a team or in isolation.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to multi-task while giving attention to detail.
  • Creative initiative-taker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Results-driven, analytical, and self-motivated.
  • Understanding of data protection in line with POPIA.
  • Excellent understanding of PPR requirements.
  • Good strategic and analytical skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A relevant BCom Marketing degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry will be advantageous.
