B2B Sales Representative - Powder Products

Conductio Consulting is seeking a driven B2B sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commodity sales, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to managing relationships with industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key accounts and achieve sales targets
  • Regular client visits, cold calling, and pricing negotiation
  • Assist with marketing activities and customer stock management
  • Coordinate orders with the Johannesburg depot
  • Travel to maintain customer relationships
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years in sales (commodity products, preferably dairy)
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver's license, own car and willingness to travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

This is a permanent, hybrid (office and travel) role based in Gauteng, with a salary range of R30 000 - R35 000 pm. The company provides all the necessary tools and reimbursement for travel at the relevant company rate per km travelled with your own vehicle.
