Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONSULTANT ROLE to join our team As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for creating and managing training plans with customers, reporting on training progress, and working directly with clients to coordinate each project to completion.
Responsibilities
- Create and Manage Training Plans: Collaborate with customers to develop tailored training programs that meet their needs and goals.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on training progress and communicate process successes and failures to internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with clients to ensure successful project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- System Training: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers on our system features and functionalities.
- Customer Support: Offer exceptional support services, resolving queries and providing solutions to customers.
- Data Preparation and Uploading: Assist in preparing and uploading data onto our system for new customers.
About the Role
This role offers a competitive salary of R 20 000 - R 25 000 per month (negotiable based on experience) and an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in Somerset West.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Accounting software packages
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior experience in the Property/Rental sector will be advantageous
